| We offer very
nice houses in great neighborhoods at affordable prices. As a graduate
student at MSU and recent grads from U of M, we try to be the
landlords we wish we had when renting.
We are taking applications to rent our houses for the next rental season.
Although it may seem early to start thinking about where you are living next year, our houses go quickly, so act while the best properties are still available.
All of our homes are in the
"Eastside" of Lansing, also known as the "Frandor Area." It is a very
nice, quiet, beautiful neighborhood that mostly consists of families. The Frandor area is very accessible to students at MSU, LCC and Cooley Law School by bus, bike and automobile.
Available properties are for the next academic year (August 2020-August 2021).

Here are some of the great things people have said about living in RoomSimple houses:
Living at 228 N. Foster was a great experience. I have been living in
rental properties around the MSU community for five years now, and Jeff and
Chris were definitely the best landlords I have ever encountered. They were
attentive to my maintenance requests and housing needs, but at the same time
gave me enough space to quietly enjoy my rental home... Thank you both for
providing me and my roommates with the perfect place to live!
-Monica, 228 N. Foster former tenant
Room Simple is hands down one of the most caring and supportive leasing companies in Lansing. The staff is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Without being overbearing, they display a deep interest in their client's well being and ensure quality living. I have Rented for one of their houses and visited others. The varieties they have are guaranteed to fit the needs of those interested, whether it's just a few tenants or more. To top it off, their locations on the east side of Lansing are perfect for students, MSU and LCC alike.
- Jacob, 337 N. Clemens former tentant
"I loved living in the 1128 Eureka RoomSimple house this year. Going into my
fifth year in college I have dealt with every type of house and landlord
from bigger companies to other personal landlords. Jeff and Chris exceed
all of them, by far, in helpfulness and kindness and I could not have asked
for a more pleasant house for the year!"
- Christy, 1128 Eureka former tenant
RoomSimple is one of a kind. In my experience, they've been accommodating, efficient, and respectful. They've raised the bar for quality landlords, and for this reason I've been a satisfied tenant year after year.
-Stephanie, Former tenant of both 300 N. Hayford and 118 N. Fairview
"I have lived in a RoomSimple house for nearly two years and I would highly recommend them to my friends. I enjoyed living in the nice neighborhood. In fact, I was going to sign up for a third time but switched to a school in a different city!"
- Hui-Yu Wang, 1929 Jerome former tenant
"It was a very pleasant experience being one of RoomSimple's tenants!"
- Chiharu Kato, 1929 Jerome former tenant
"Thank you for making it a wonderful experience living in one of your rental properties. You did a very good job in responding promptly to maintenance issues when they came up."
- Oluseye, 1128 Eureka former tenant
