This is a really nice house for a group of students or family. In fact, one of the RoomSimple owners lived in this house for six years before leaving town! The house is in a fantastic location in a great neighborhood. There is a great front porch and a huge, wide-open living/dining/social area. The neighbors are relaxed (one is another RoomSimple house) and friendly. The interior of the house is approximately 1,144 sq. ft. and is clean, charming and spacious. The bathroom was recently redone and features a granite-top sink. The bedrooms are large and the washer and drier are included (and free).

Location/Getting to Campus: The house is in Frandor one block away from a bus route that goes to MSU and downtown Lansing every 10 minutes (and drops you off and picks you up at all sorts of shopping places). So, you don't need a car. If you have a car, there is lots of parking in addition to a garage. It is only about a 3-4 minute drive or a 10-minute bike ride to MSU's main campus. It is also close to LCC, Cooley Law and Sparrow Hospital. Click on the link above to see a map of the place. The area is called Frandor and it is just East of hwy 127 a block and a half north of Michigan on Clemens.

First Payment: One and a half month's rent security deposit upon signing lease. First month rent is due at move-in.

Utilities: Utilities are the responsibility of you and your roommates.

Lease: One year (or more).
